A bit of green

While the grass is mostly a lovely shade of golden brown, some things are still green.

Honey suckle vine

This cheery little cluster of leaves was positively glowing one morning, and I liked it so much I came back to it the next day and  played around with different compositions of the leaves and the vines.



I liked this composition...

And this one as well, and couldn't decide which was better...and you see the result. =)

 

Those sparkles of color in the background...one of the things I live for! =D



The vines themselves make for an interesting study 

 Maybe this is what Jack saw when climbing up the beanstalk...!
