This butterfly was just begging to be photographed. With silver spots on the lower wings and tiger stripes on the upper wings, I don't think this is a butterfly I've seen often...but I'll sure remember it!
I believe the answer to your question is...24 optical zoom. I also know that my lens can focus as close as 4mm. and on the lens barrel it says 25mm wide.
