Crisp and Clear

Last Sunday the weather was perfect. 60's, clear, crisp and everything positively glowed in the afternoon light. I was out there for a least half an hour, click, clicking away and just enjoying fall.
(Except the first three pictures were from Saturday)

Compare this picture with the one above . . same flower bush but from the other side of the plant, with the sun behind me (instead of in my eyes), the picture is really not that different, but because of the lighting it lacks the magical glow the one above which is why I don't take pictures very often with the sun behind me.

. . . Because I love the glowy pictures like this one:

We often just admire the roses on a rosebush, but the new leaves are often very colorful themselves!

I also took pictures of the crab-apple tree behind our yard and some of my shoes, but they would have made my post too long, so stay tuned! =D

    1. Thanks, I'm glad you enjoyed them. =) My camera is a Panosonic Lumix, which is much better than my old point and shoot but not as good as a DSLR.
